Data processing

If you create an optional account, Bienvenu processes your account identifier, email address when Apple or Google supplies it, synchronized study progress, and purchase status. These data are used only for sign-in, synchronization, Premium access, support, security, and fraud prevention.

Bienvenu does not use advertising identifiers, track you across apps or websites, show personalized advertising, or sell personal data.

Local study progress

Your study progress, quiz history, favorites, and incorrect-answer review state are stored on your device. If you sign in, the same data may be synchronized to your account through Supabase.

Limited website measurement

When a stream is configured, the website may send Google Analytics a limited set of named events about buttons used, the selected exam path, the selected Premium plan, and the technical outcome of a funnel step. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled, and this measurement works without cookies from Google Analytics. It may include general browser, device, language, and approximate-region information plus the current public path without a query string or fragment. It includes no email address, account identifier, studied content, answer, score, or free-form text.

Only utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign may be retained locally after strict validation. Bienvenu does not capture them, load the Google tag, or send an event when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Limited app measurement

When its Firebase configuration is supplied, the iPhone/iPad app uses Google Analytics for Firebase. Firebase assigns a random app-instance identifier to the installation and automatically measures general technical events such as first open, session start, and engagement, with general app, device, and approximate-region information. The SDK is integrated without the iOS advertising identifier, without App Tracking Transparency permission, and without automatic native screen-name reporting. Bienvenu sends it no account identifier, email address, studied content, answer, or score.

Purchases and service providers

Supabase provides sign-in, progress synchronization, account deletion, and authorized Premium content delivery. RevenueCat receives the Bienvenu account identifier and purchase status to verify the same Premium access on the web, iPhone, and iPad. Apple or the web billing provider processes the corresponding purchase. Google provides the chosen sign-in path plus Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Firebase when configured.

Retention and deletion

Account and synchronized progress data are retained while the account is active. The “Delete Account” action removes the Supabase identity, synchronized progress, and corresponding RevenueCat customer profile. It does not cancel an Apple subscription, which must be cancelled separately in Apple settings. Apple, Google, and payment providers may retain transaction records required by law and store policy. Local study data can be reset separately.
